Treble in Norwegian Criterium

We had the first three home in the 2019 edition of the Norwegian Criterium with Reine De Vega (Lope De Vega), Couleur Cafe (Rock Of Gibraltar) and Jet Action (Camelot).

Reine De Vega was our 15th Norwegian Criterium winner and a highly talented filly with only one previous start under her belt. She holds an entry for next year’s German 1000 Guineas in addition to various big assignments inside Scandinavia

She was bought at last year’s Goffs Orby Sale through our long-term partner Peter Doyle and bred by Ballylinch Stud as the second foal out of the Galileo mare Gulsary, herself a dual winner in France and multiple Group placed in America. Gulsary is also a half-sister to Prix de l’Abbaye (Gr.1) winner Imperial Beauty and hails from the same female line as Group 1 winners Together and Jan Vermeer.
